Please read all below Terms & Policies, by making any purchase, using site or passing any of your details on, you agree you have read and understood all terms & Policies set out for you.

Purchase type 1
To use in house building companies provided and managed by WinABuild Ltd;

1a.
WinABuild Ltd will provide, maintain and pay on your behalf a reputable building company to
provide your services.
1b.
WinABuild Ltd reserves to right to refuse this type of service if they cannot provide the tradesperson
themselves within the clients requests, such as time frame, localisation and skillsets. If this becomes
the case, WinABuild Ltd will move this account to Type 2 purchase, of which the client chooses their
own reputable building company, and WinABuild Ltd will only pay the clients builder on the clients
behalf once both the builder and client have signed a confirmation form, stating both are 100%
happy to have funds sent.
1c.
The client is not expected to feel the need to be involved, only with personal preferences, building
plans and finishing trades. WinABuild Ltd will control all aspects of the process to give the client a
stress free and effortless experience. The client can request changes, please refer to Section 5
(Extras and changes costs)
1.d
The client at any point can decide to change the type of purchase without warning and WinABuild
Ltd will support this decision unless it doesn’t meet the required parameters.

Purchase type 2
Winabuild Ltd will transfer responsibility to find reputable building companies to the client, the client will handle the works direct with the contractor and request payments from WinABuild Ltd upon requests
2a.
This service cannot be directly requested by the customer but only directed to this process by WinABuild
Ltd if feel they cannot provide the service under Type 1 contract. Either because of lack of in house trades or skillsets.
2b.
The contractor must meet WinABuild Ltd minimum parameters (See below) to be selected
WinABuild Ltd will not be held accountable for any disputes, payment issues, fraudulent behaviour
and poor and unsafe workmanship.
Must be registered as a self-employed person/company for at least 3 years, or be registered
through companies house for at least 1 year.

Must provide evidence of continued trade from the last year from date of request.
Must have no CCJ’s, no convictions and be debt free within the 6 months from date of
request
Must provide relevant and up to date Health and Safety, correct and up to date RAMS and provide proof of safety at work.

2.c
WinABuild Ltd will not be held accountable for any disputes, payment issues, fraudulent behaviour
and poor and unsafe workmanship. If the client has any disput’s, WinABuild Ltd are entitled to hold
funds on clients behalf until any disputes are resolved. We do not issue refunds or extra payments
once payments are agreed and sent.

2.d
WinaBuild Ltd does not take or charge any extra fees for this service, and all winnings are to be paid
into main contractors business accounts once work has been 100% signed off.
2.e
The client at any point can decide to change the type of purchase without warning and WinABuild
Ltd will support this decision unless it doesn’t meet the required parameters.

Purchase type 3
To use the funds towards a deposit on a mortgage

3.a
The funds can be proven with a written receipt by WinABuild Ltd and is perfectly legal to use as a
deposit on purchasing properties
3.b
WinABuild Ltd are not mortgage advisors but do have the ability to refer the client to in house
mortgage advisors. WinABuild Ltd will not directly advise or give any financial advice on how to use
your funds, only to direct the client to reputable and professional mortgage advisors who will take
over the clients project. The client if they so wish can use their own advisors and WinABuild Ltd will
provide proof of funds and keep the winnings safe until a legit and lawful request has been made.
3.c
The client at any point can decide to change the type of purchase without warning and WinABuild
Ltd will support this decision unless it doesn’t meet the required parameters.

Purchase type 4
To take all funds as a cash reward

4.a
The client has the power to completely withdraw 90% funds and receive the winnings as a cash prize.

4.b Winabuild Ltd will remove 10% of these winnings to allocate to the main building contractors that are currently in a full time contract with Winabuild Ltd, these charges are to ensure full time commitment and meet the minimum criteria to keep the main contractor employed. The 10% penalty on winnings is to compensate for the loss of earnings for the building company, and this 10% will be paid directly into the main contractors account only.

Section 5
Extras and changes on works

5.a
Once a price has been agreed and a thorough contract signed, the client still has rights to add extras
or take off works to reduce costs.
Under purchase type 1; If the client would like to reduce work and reduce costs, they will
contact WinABuild Ltd direct who will negotiate with the main contractor to reduce costs,
this is not guaranteed but a high level of effort will be applied to achieve customer
satisfaction
Under purchase type 1; If the client would like to add any extra jobs that will cost more
funding, they must contact WinAbuild directly, not the contractor. WinABuild Ltd will have a
new quotation drawn up that must be signed and agreed by all parties, being WinABuild Ltd,
the main contractor and the client.
Under purchase type 2; If the client would like to reduce work and reduce costs, they will
contact the main contractor on site, who must be advised to keep WinABuid Ltd informed to
limit communication errors. 
Under purchase type 2; If the client would like to add any extra jobs that will cost more
funding; they must contact the main contractor who must contact WinABuild Ltd to ensure
the funds are there to use, if the funds exceed the winnings please refer to section 5.b. If
WinABuild Ltd are not advised and agreements signed, WinABuild Ltd will not be held
accountable and will not send more than the amount of winnings, only the maximum
winning total will be sent.
5.b
If the client would like a scope of works that exceeds the total winnings, a separate quotation must
be drawn out for the separate amount of extra funding. WinABuild Ltd will have nothing to do with
this extra scope of works, any disputes in the extra quotation must be challenged with the main
contractor. WinABuild Ltd can only advise if this is covered under purchase type 2, WinABuild Ltd will
use as much power as possible to resolve an issues under purchase type 1 as WinABuiuld Ltd are in
control of the main contractor in the purchase type.

5.c
If the client has any extra funding still available after the contractor has complete 100%, the client
can reuse these remaining funds under any of the purchase types such as a complete cash
withdrawal.
5.d
The funds will remain under WinABuild Ltd care for a maximum duration of 48 months, these
winnings can be used as little or as much as the client request until the funds have run out.

6.a
WinABuild Ltd will and cannot use the funds for anything other than the clients requests, WinABuild
Ltd will not earn interest and use the funds for any other methods. All funds remain in a client
holding account which only the director of WinABuild Ltd has complete control over.

Terms and conditions for WIN A BUILD LTD Prize draw or competitions

How to enter

  1. Entries purchased after the draw closing date will not be accepted.
  2. WIN A BUILD LTD will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

  4. WIN A BUILD LTD reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

  1. Unless otherwise stated, our prize draws and competitions are open to all.
  2. Entrants under 18 must get consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before entering. The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of entrants under 18 agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entrant.
  3. In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. WIN A BUILD LTD may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw or competition.
  4. WIN A BUILD LTD reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw or competition.

The Draw

  1. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process within one day of the prize draw or competition ending.
  2. The winner will receive details of the prize and advertised on the winabuild.com webpage and facebook
  3. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within 7 days of being chosen and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the WIN A BUILD LTD within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize may be forfeited and the WIN A BUILD LTD will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  4. The prize will be sent to the winner within 14 days of responding to the WIN A BUILD LTD.
  5. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable.
  6. The decision of the WIN A BUILD LTD regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  7. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to our registered company address or an email to info@tad.geg.mybluehost.me within 60 of days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw or competition.
  8. WIN A BUILD LTD reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

Limitation of liability

  1. Insofar as is permitted by law, WIN A BUILD LTD, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of WIN A BUILD LTD, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Data protection and publicity

  2. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by WIN A BUILD LTD or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.

Governing law

  1. All our prize draws and competitions will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
  2. WIN A BUILD LTD reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
