WinABuild was the brain child of James Carey.
James has a passion for building works, and is a perfectionist.
The market is a wash with competition sites that allow you to win big homes, dream cars and luxury items. But often, what happens after the winning has taken place? After the draw? Well, often the winner is left with high running costs, insurance premiums or an item that they can sell.
At WinABuild we are different. Why should it be assumed that you don’t already love your home? Or that you even have a home to love?

The three customer aims:
- Your home is your palace, you have bought it, you pay the mortgage. But you have an area that could be redeveloped, a section that could be improved or extended
- You are not a home owner yet and you are stuck in the endless cycle of rent, and savings and life. Why is there not a competition site out there that can help with your mortgage down payment?
- The build is planned, the dream is already written but the funds don’t allow it. You know what’s needed, you are just struggling to access it.
